Introduction–
Archie James Beale is an English actor and model born on November 22, 1997, who goes by the stage name Archie Renaux. He is the lead of the Netflix original series Shadow and Bone. His cinematic work includes Voyagers and Morbius, and he participated in the BBC One serial Gold Digger.
Career –
Renaux started his modeling career by working for Topman, Nasir Mazhar, Moss Bros, Gay Times Magazine, and Men’s Fashion Week. Renaux was cast in the apocalyptic film Zero in 2017. He made his television debut in the Amazon Prime series Hanna as a guest star, and in 2018, he received his first significant television role as Leo Day in the BBC One miniseries Gold Digger. Renaux will play Bobby in Marvel’s Morbius and plays Alex in the 2021 film Voyagers. Renaux was cast as Mayen “Mal” Oretsev in the Netflix series Shadow and Bone, which will premiere in 2021 and is based on Leigh Bardugo’s overlapping fantasy book series Shadow and Bone and Six of Crows. Archie has appeared in a number of music videos in addition to television shows and films. He appeared in the video for Benjamin Francis Leftwich’s song “Mayflies” in 2016. In 2017, he also participated in the video for Liv Dawson’s song “Searching.”
Early life, School and Education:-
Renaux is from the Kingston upon Thames neighborhood of Tolworth. Anglo-Indian ancestors are on his mother’s side of the family. He has a brother and two sisters. Renaux attended Richard Challoner School before attending the Unseen, a theatrical school in London, to further his education. He left his 9-to-5 job to pursue a career as an actor. Archie finished his education at Richard Challoner School and then went to London’s The Unseen theatre school.
Personal Life-
There isn’t a lot of information available about his parents. He has two younger brothers and sisters.
Annie Renaux is Archie Renaux’s girlfriend. Iris, the couple’s daughter from a previous relationship, was born out of wedlock.
Renaux revealed that he and his partner, Annie, were expecting a child in a post on Instagram in June 2020.
In October 2020, their daughter was born. Sagittarius is his zodiac sign. Archie is a gym rat who follows a tight workout program and is always after fitness.
When Archie is not shooting, he either plays the saxophone or hangs out with his buddies.
The Shawshank Redemption is Archie’s favorite film. During an interview, he stated the following:
The Shawshank Redemption is my favorite film. I cried after seeing it, yet I couldn’t stop smiling. If I need to cry, I’ll cry. Before, I was really closed off, but my teacher has been telling me that as an actor, I need to be able to cope with my emotions.”
