Introduction: Dr. Sambit Patra is a surgeon by profession and has done Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery in 2002 from SCB Medical College Cuttack, Utkal University. He joined the Hindu Rao Hospital as a Medical Officer in 2003 by qualifying in the Union Public Service Commission Joint Medical Service.
